Because we have so many very happy and satisfied clients we get so many referrals from our past and current clients. Still to this day I get referrals from previous clients from years back that still send in their family and friends. Roughly 50% of our new clients come from referrals. That's amazing.
The other roughly 50% of our clients find us on the internet. They follow us on Facebook, Google and Instagram and watch your business and read our posts. They also find our great reviews on Google, Facebook and Yelp. They check out our website and love to see the very informative site with very up front pricing and a blog area that answers so many of our typical questions.
I pride myself in educating my potential and current clients so they are aware of the process and have reasonable expectations. Many companies either do not educate their clients or give so much false information. I hear the stories from clients every day.
