The therapy at Perfectly Bare Laser includes an initial consult and assessing if you would be a good candidate for the weight loss program. Our nurse practitioner will set an initial baseline after the consult and provide the first shots. Clients are welcome to take home the weekly shots for the month to self administer. If you prefer you can come back to our Perfectly Bare Laser office on a weekly basis for the shots. You will continue to meet the nurse till we have achieved the necessary outcomes.

Three month initial weight loss plan = $1,500. - Only for new clients on weight loss program - Protocol: Month 1 at 2.5mg. Month 2 & 3 at 5.0mg. - APRN to make final determination if higher dosage required for month 3.
CONTINUATION PLAN
After initial 3 month introductory plan the following rates will apply. (One month = 4 shots) - One Month at 5.0mg = $550 - One Month at 7.5 mg = $550 - One Month at 1.0 mg = $600
MAINTENANCE PLAN
Maintenance 1 shot administered in office as required. - Per Shot at 2.5mg = $150 - Per Shot at 5.0mg = $185 - Per Shot at 7.5mg = $225 - Per Shot at 1.0mg = $275

At Perfectly Bare Laser, our Compounded Tirzepatide protocol begins with an initial meeting with our Wellness Nurse Practitioner. During this meeting, the NP will assess if Tirzepatide is the right choice for you. If you qualify, Compounded Tirzepatide will be administered weekly, with the first injection given in our office, and the next three can be self-administered at home. You'll need to visit our NP monthly to confirm your next dose and ensure your treatment is on track. We're here to support your journey to better health and wellness.
Compounded Tirzepatide weight loss program is not a substitution for a concerted effort by our clients to embrace effective life style changes. Clients need to be realistic on their optimal weight loss goals. This includes ensuring that you institute a dietary plan that focuses on maintaining the right calorie ingestion. Effective maintenance calories = (Body Weight * 12)-500. Additionally, you need to include healthy protein in your diet. Protein in ounces. = weight * .05. Your typical meal should look as follows: Veggie./Fruit = 1/2 Plate. Whole Grains 1/4 Plate. Protein 1/4 Plate.
The most common side effects include nausea and constipation. In some instances clients also report acid reflux, stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. The risk of serious side effects increases in clients with hypoglycemia, kidney problems, and risk of allergic reactions. Therefore our NP will monitor the dosage amount and ramp up medication accordingly as part of our monthly health assessment with our NP. At Perfectly Bare Laser, our NP reserves the right to cancel medication regimen if alerted of any such symptoms.
As described above, our Weight loss program is tailored to meet everyone's individual needs and goals. Once you have reached your optimal weight or physical goals, and after discussion with our Wellness NP, you may decide to go into a maintenance regimen where the dosage can be tailored down to help you maintain those optimal goals. As always long term maintenance goals may only be achieved with life style changes such as diet and exercise. Our wellness weight loss program does not require any long term contracts, so you can change or cancel the medication regimen as you desire.
