Our Medical Aesthetics offers a variety of treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation from lasers, peels, microneedling, hormone injectables, body sculpting and IV infusions. We have also recently introduced the new Inmode EmpowerRF which provides different modalities of feminine rejuvenation therapy and the extremely popular Morpheus8 treatment options. Our team consists of doctors, nurse practitioners, aestheticians, and laser technicians who are knowledgeable, experienced, and ready to answer any questions you may have.

Joyce Bhutta is a certified laser technician, electrologist and esthetician. Joyce has trained at The Salon Professional Academy in Tampa. She has received state board certification in electrolysis and laser hair removal from The Electrolysis Institute of Tampa.
Robert Applebaum, M.D
Medical Director
Dr. Applebaum specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and face in both adults and children. These surgeries include upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, eyebrow lifts, and repair after skin cancer removal among many others. Dr. Applebaum also specializes in cosmetic injectables, such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, and Kybella. Dr. Applebaum uses these and other aesthetic techniques to provide comprehensive patient care.
Aarish Hasan, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Aarish Hasan is an aspiring orthopedic surgeon with a specialization in hip and knee reconstruction. Raised in the vibrant Tampa Bay area of Florida, Dr. Hasan developed a keen interest in medicine from a young age. Pursuing his passion, he attended the University of South Florida (USF), where he completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees, showcasing his dedication and academic prowess.
Currently, Dr. Hasan is honing his surgical skills and expanding his medical knowledge during his orthopedic residency at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in partnership with HCA Healthcare in Ocala. His focus is on mastering the complexities of hip and knee reconstruction, aiming to improve the quality of life for patients with joint issues.

Nour Salameh

Perfectly Bare Laser is excited to welcome Nour Salameh, PA-C, to our exceptional team! With over eight years of experience as a Physician Assistant, Nour specializes in both medical and aesthetic care. Her expertise spans advanced aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, Botulinum Toxin, Kybella, and Sculptra.
Nour’s dedication to patient care and safety shines through in every treatment she provides. Fluent in both English and Arabic, she brings a diverse and compassionate approach to her practice, ensuring every patient feels confident and understood. Beyond her medical skills, Nour is an accomplished entrepreneur, co-owning a boutique business that highlights her creativity and client-centered approach.

Brittany is a passionate and dedicated medical esthetician with five years of experience in the field. My journey into the world of beauty and wellness began with a deep-seated love for promoting health and confidence in others. Combining my interests in skincare, wellness, and aesthetics, I pursued a career as a medical esthetician and laser specialist.

I was interested in the aesthetic industry since I was young and knew this would be a passion filled career for me. Right after graduating high school I was determined to start my education to become a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Tech. Immediately after passing my State Board Exam I started working at Perfectly Bare Laser at 18 years old and have been here for 3 years now. Working with amazing people and advanced technology over the years here has been a dream!

Cami Lewis
Cami has always had a passion for the creative field and a love for the beauty industry. She grew up in a small town in Mississippi where she formerly was a graphic designer. She continued her studies at Universal Studios animation program. She realized her true passion was in beauty and finished her studies in Tampa at the Beauty and Health Institute. She has been working in the industry for 4+ years and has received many certifications and continues to grow and bring on more services for her future! She loves to make people feel their best and happy in their own skin!

Allegra Nunez is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician with over 4 years of experience in the medical field. A proud U.S. Army veteran and native Floridian from Crystal River, Allegra is dedicated to helping clients achieve radiant, confident results.
