OUR STORY
Perfectly Bare Laser MedSpa is focused on providing personalized consulting and treatment plans so you can attain maximum results for any hair, skin, or hormonal concerns. Our Medical Aesthetics offers a variety of treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation from lasers, peels, microneedling, hormone injectables, body sculpting and IV infusions. We have also recently introduced the new Inmode EmpowerRF which provides different modalities of feminine rejuvenation therapy and the extremely popular Morpheus8 treatment options. Our team consists of doctors, nurse practitioners, aestheticians, and laser technicians who are knowledgeable, experienced, and ready to answer any questions you may have.

Joyce Bhutta
Owner, President
Meet Joyce Bhutta, the visionary owner of Perfectly Bare Laser, a leading MedSpa in Tampa. With a passion for aesthetics and wellness, Joyce has curated an oasis of transformation and rejuvenation. Her dedication to offering the best in medical aesthetics ensures that every client's journey is exceptional. Joyce Bhutta is a certified laser technician, electrologist and esthetician. Joyce has trained at The Salon Professional Academy in Tampa. She has received state board certification in electrolysis and laser hair removal from The Electrolysis Institute of Tampa.
Robert Applebaum, M.D
Medical Director
Dr. Applebaum specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and face in both adults and children. These surgeries include upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, eyebrow lifts, and repair after skin cancer removal among many others. Dr. Applebaum also specializes in cosmetic injectables, such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, and Kybella. Dr. Applebaum uses these and other aesthetic techniques to provide comprehensive patient care.
Aarish Hasan, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Aarish Hasan is an aspiring orthopedic surgeon with a specialization in hip and knee reconstruction. Raised in the vibrant Tampa Bay area of Florida, Dr. Hasan developed a keen interest in medicine from a young age. Pursuing his passion, he attended the University of South Florida (USF), where he completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees, showcasing his dedication and academic prowess.
Currently, Dr. Hasan is honing his surgical skills and expanding his medical knowledge during his orthopedic residency at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in partnership with HCA Healthcare in Ocala. His focus is on mastering the complexities of hip and knee reconstruction, aiming to improve the quality of life for patients with joint issues.

D.J. Alleva Nelson
APRN
D.J. is an aesthetic trained Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) who received her Master’s degree in Nursing from Florida Southern College. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. D.J. has been a nurse since 2003 with experience in orthopedics, urology, and surgical oncology. She did her specialty rotation, during her Master’s education, in plastic and reconstructive surgery, where she found a new calling. She has spent 10 years working with dermal fillers, neurotoxins, laser treatments, skin treatments, and providing skin care recommendations for patients. She has been trained by several world renowned injectors and was ranked in the Top 1% of injectors in the nation by Allergan in 2022.
D.J. has one goal in mind for her patients: provide quality care and make each individual feel special. Each treatment that she provides is tailored to the aesthetic goals of the individual. She takes her time to listen and then formulates an aesthetic plan. This plan may not only include dermal fillers and toxins, but a combination plan that incorporates laser treatments and skin care. She will not overlook any detail and is here to answer your questions.

Jen Bloink
Jen is a licensed Aesthetician, Electrologist and Laser Hair Removal Technician. She attended school in Tampa, FL in 2011. Before coming to Perfectly Bare Laser, she worked at a large Medspa for almost 8 years. During that time she gained extensive experience in Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, Coolsculpting, Ultherapy and many other aesthetic procedures. Jennifer has attended multiple advanced training seminars and focuses on client satisfaction, value and results!

Brittany Turner
Brittany is a passionate and dedicated medical esthetician with five years of experience in the field. My journey into the world of beauty and wellness began with a deep-seated love for promoting health and confidence in others. Combining my interests in skincare, wellness, and aesthetics, I pursued a career as a medical esthetician and laser specialist.

Channing Turner
I was interested in the aesthetic industry since I was young and knew this would be a passion filled career for me. Right after graduating high school I was determined to start my education to become a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Tech. Immediately after passing my State Board Exam I started working at Perfectly Bare Laser at 18 years old and have been here for years now. Working with amazing people and advanced technology over the years here has been a dream!

Cami Lewis
Cami has always had a passion for the creative field and a love for the beauty industry. She grew up in a small town in Mississippi where she formerly was a graphic designer. She continued her studies at Universal Studios animation program. She realized her true passion was in beauty and finished her studies in Tampa at the Beauty and Health Institute. She has been working in the industry for 3+ years and has received many certifications and continues to grow and bring on more services for her future! She loves to make people feel their best and happy in their own skin!

Evalis is a proud Latina with a passion for aesthetics. She is a certified Medical Assistant and has received her certfication for a Laser technician from the Beauty and Heath Institute in Tampa. Evalis has been in the aesthetic field since 2020.
