At Perfectly Bare Laser, we understand that life can be unpredictable, but we also value the time of our clients and our practitioners. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect everyone's time, we have established a Cancellation & No-Show Policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the policy, as it helps us provide the best experience for all of our clients.
1. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours:
- Laser Hair Removal Services: 50% charge of the appointment fee will be applied.
- Services Below $500: (Including Wellness and Weight Loss Appointments): A $50 fee will be applied. - Services Above $500: (Including Filler and Botox Appointments): A $100 fee will be applied.
- Consults: Although all consults are free, a $50 fee will be applied for a late cancellation.
2. No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice ("no-show"), the same fees
mentioned above will be applied.
3. Rescheduling:
- All scheduling changes, including cancellations and last-minute adjustments, must be made by
contacting our Front Desk. Please allow us sufficient time to accommodate changes.
Exceptions to the Policy:

- Emergencies or Sickness: We understand that unexpected emergencies or sudden illnesses can disrupt your plans. In such cases, we will handle the situation on an individual basis and may waive the cancellation or no-show fees. Please provide documentation if possible.

- Same-Day Rescheduling: If you can reschedule your appointment for the same day based on practitioner and schedule availability, the cancellation or no-show fee will be waived.
