OUR STORY
Perfectly Bare Laser MedSpa is focused on providing personalized consulting and treatment plans so you can attain maximum results for any hair, skin, or hormonal concerns. Our Medical Aesthetics offers a variety of treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation from lasers, peels, microneedling, hormone injectables, body sculpting and IV infusions. We have also recently introduced the new Inmode EmpowerRF which provides different modalities of feminine rejuvenation therapy and the extremely popular Morpheus8 treatment options. Our team consists of doctors, nurse practitioners, aestheticians, and laser technicians who are knowledgeable, experienced, and ready to answer any questions you may have.

Joyce Bhutta
Owner, President
Joyce Bhutta is a certified laser technician, electrologist and esthetician. Joyce has trained at The Salon Professional Academy in Tampa. She has received state board certification in electrolysis and laser hair removal from The Electrolysis Institute of Tampa.
Joyce has over 15 years experience in Aesthetic services and has successfully owned and operated Perfectly Bare Laser since 2010 and has grown this into one of Tampa's premier Medical Aesthetic Spas.
Robert applebaum, M.D
Medical Director
Dr. Applebaum specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and face in both adults and children. These surgeries include upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, eyebrow lifts, and repair after skin cancer removal among many others. Dr. Applebaum also specializes in cosmetic injectables, such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, and Kybella. Dr. Applebaum uses these and other aesthetic techniques to provide comprehensive patient care.

Aly Blumenthal
APRN, FNP-C
Aly is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her background is critical care, internal medicine and pediatrics and for the last 3 years, aesthetics. Prior to becoming a nurse Aly worked as a profesional makeup artist. Her love for makeup artistry and medicine led her to aesthetics medicine. She has several years of experience performing injectable and laser services. Aly has studied under world renowned plastic surgeons and is always continuing to learn to provide the best and most natural results to her patients.
Nancy Daley
APRN, FNP-C
Nancy’s passion has always been helping people. She was formerly a Rescue lieutenant at Hillsborough County Fire Rescue. She received her ADN degree from Polk State College and her BSN from South University. As a registered nurse she worked at an outpatient surgery center where she rotated through pre-op, OR circulator and post-op. She then went on to become an emergency room nurse. She is now a nurse practitioner who specializes in wellness, weight loss and bio-identical hormones. Her focus is supporting one’s own body to be able to heal itself
