Getting tan

Introducing the Melanotan II Peptide at Perfectly Bare Laser.

As we continue our focus on health and wellness, and basically helping our clients feel and look better, we are always looking for therapies that can help you achieve those goals. So when I heard about a peptide that makes you horny, tans your skin and helps you lose weight, I was definitely intrigued. Being in the skin health business for over 14 years, I have long been an advocate of minimizing sun exposure or avoiding tanning beds. That was definitely not the case of growing up a teenager in the 70's where sun screen lotion was a definite "no, no" Bring on the oil to help me achieve that great tan!. However, now at 60, I have been able to reverse a lot of that damage by taking care of my skin and minimizing direct sun exposure. Tough to do in Florida that's for sure. However, I do miss the tanned complexion I used to be able to get naturally. So, that was my personal motivation to try the Melanotan II Peptide. By the way increasing my libido and losing some pounds on the way that's not a bad thing either.

So what exactly is Melanotan II Peptide?

Melanotan II (MT2) is a substance that makes your skin tan. It does this by activating certain cells in your body called melanocytes, which are responsible for producing a pigment called melanin. Melanin is what gives color to your skin and hair. When you use Melanotan II, it stimulates these melanocytes to produce more melanin, resulting in darker skin and hair. So basically, Melanotan II helps you achieve a tan by making your skin produce more color.

Stimulate Melanin Production with Tanning Peptide.

To get a safe tan, we need to stimulate the melanocyte stimulating hormone responsible for increasing melanin production.

Scientists discovered the use of a “tanning peptide” when investigating possible ways to treat skin cancer. They hypothesized that by inducing the body’s natural pigmentary system through the process of melanogenesis, a protective tan could be produced before UV exposure, thereby reducing the potential for skin damage.

With just a little UV exposure, the release of a- Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone stimulates a natural increase in the production of melanin from the melanocytes in the skin. Use of the tanning peptide provides more a-MSH which results in more melanin being produced and greater tanning potential (skin pigmentation) regardless of your skin type.

Clinical trials have shown that use of Melanotan II may hold the potential to promote melanogenesis, with minimal side effects. The primary role of melanogenesis is to protect the hypodermis, which is the layer under the skin from the UV-B light that causes damage. It works by absorbing all of the UV-B light, which blocks its passage into the skin layer.

What are the benefits of Melanotan II?

Melanotan II offers several benefits, including achieving a darker tan for people with all skin types while reducing the need for excessive exposure to harmful UV radiation. This can help lower the risk of developing melanoma, a type of skin cancer, as well as minimize sun damage to the skin. Additionally, there is potential for Melanotan II to contribute to the reduction of body fat and enhance libido.

During clinical trials, it was discovered that Melanotan II has a strong ability to stimulate erections in males. It has also shown promise in increasing sexual desire in females with sexual arousal disorder.
